Product Description
Polymaker Fiberon PA6-GF25 is a glass fiber reinforced PA6 filament for technical 3D printed parts with high stiffness, strength, and heat resistance. The material is aimed at users who want to print functional parts with demanding mechanical properties.
Thanks to the glass fiber reinforcement, PA6-GF25 is particularly suitable for fixtures, brackets, technical prototypes, and components where dimensional stability and strength are important. Due to the PA6 base material, dry storage is particularly important.
For reliable printing results, if the filament absorbs moisture, it should be dried in a suitable filament dryer or drying device before printing. A hardened nozzle is recommended due to the abrasive glass fiber filling.
Polymaker recommends suitable post-treatment of the finished printed part for maximum mechanical and thermal performance. Printing parameters and post-treatment should be adapted to the printer, component, and intended use.
